By signing up for any telecom service ("Service") provided by TelecomCorp ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TelecomCorp.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not sign up for or use our Services.

Service availability depends on network coverage in your area. While we strive to provide comprehensive coverage, we do not guarantee service availability in all locations. Coverage maps are available on our website and are updated regularly.
Network performance may vary based on location, network traffic, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We make commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Monthly charges are billed in advance on your monthly billing cycle date. Payment is due within 30 days of the bill date. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

You may terminate your service at any time by contacting customer support. Early termination during a contract period will result in early termination fees as specified in your service agreement.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

For billing disputes or service issues, please contact customer support first. If the issue cannot be resolved through normal channels, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration as outlined in your service agreement.
We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
