This is our second order of a Knoll chair from seating mind. The first order was successful, so we're back for another. There isn't much confirmation communication but both chairs arrived in great condition, in a timely manner.
Item came quickly. It's a light and does its job nicely. It was delivered in its original package only. I would like to have seen it in another box with some kind of cushioning.
