TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you ("User", "You", "Your") hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES. User acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of these Terms constitutes authorization for the Company to assess and collect a mandatory Terms of Service Agreement Processing Fee in the amount of One Dollar ($1.00 USD) ("Processing Fee"). This Processing Fee shall be automatically added to User's shopping cart upon acceptance of these Terms and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-removable. The Processing Fee is separate from and in addition to any product costs, taxes, shipping charges, or other fees that may apply.

3. IRREVOCABLE CONSENT. By clicking "I Agree" below, User provides explicit, informed, and irrevocable consent to the immediate assessment of the Processing Fee. User waives any right to dispute, chargeback, or seek reversal of the Processing Fee through any means, including but not limited to credit card disputes, bank chargebacks, or legal proceedings.

4. TERMS MODIFICATION. Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including but not limited to the Processing Fee.

6. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
